Yeah, it's January again, the bitter cold time of year that Rotten doles out the annual Decrepit Snow Sculpture Awards. And though the awards have already been chosen it's paradoxically still not too late to enter. There weren't any entries for Best Creation of Yellow Snow, for instance. Penises are BIG this year, go figure.
