My friend P.PAN sent it to me. Here's the cogent part of his accompanying letter:

page from a Young Catholic Prayerbook called ``FRIENDS WITH GOD''.
This illustration accompanies an informative text explaining the
`act of contrition' ("O my God I am heartily sorry for having
offended thee, and I detest all my sins...").
