This is an 1870's albumen print by Baron Raimund von Stillfried,
by special appointment to His Imperial Austrian Majesty's Court. Taken in
Yokohama, Japan. Stillfried did quite a bit of work in Japan, often
focusing on Geisha or portraits. This happens to be the most artistic
elephantiasis portrait we've ever seen.
